AHMED HATATA
Mr. Ahmed Hatata has been a successful entrepreneur and business person for many years. In 2000, he founded his own company in Calgary called Amadora Granite & Stone, which involved transactions of importing and exporting granite both internationally, and within Canada. In 2004, he then furthered his entrepreneurial desires by expanding his knowledge in real estate Development and Mortgage Lending. Ahmed’s strong professional background in business transactions, real estate, and commercial financing has created a name for him in this industry and has him in high demand in areas of construction mortgage lending and CMHC multi-family & MLI select programs. Ahmed is now operating as the Managing commercial Broker of for Green Mortgage Solutions Inc. His reputation, expertise, and vast network of lenders have proven he is running one of the top mortgage brokerages in Western Canada, where he has been nominated 3 years in a row as top commercial mortgage broker in Canada by CMA awards. Furthermore, Ahmed is an active Developer and Co-founder of TeCai Custom Homes & Chelsea Sky's where he holds the position of Co-CEO. He handles all financial aspects of the business and project Management such as land acquisition and feasibility for future projects. Ahmed is a project manager and oversees Marketing, bookkeeping and sales departments during construction projects.
SINA REZAIAN
Sina brings nearly two decades of experience in construction, engineering, and project development, with a proven track record leading complex residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Western Canada. With a background in civil and structural engineering and extensive expertise in design-build delivery, Sina is known for combining technical precision with practical construction knowledge to create thoughtfully designed, high-quality homes tailored to modern family living.
His strengths in project planning, budgeting, construction execution, and client collaboration help ensure every Tecai project is delivered with exceptional attention to detail, transparency, and craftsmanship.
Sina’s experience as both a builder and developer provides clients with confidence that their home is being guided by leadership that understands every stage of the development and construction process—from vision and design through to completion and long-term value.
He also serves on the board of the Calgary Inner City Builders Association (CICBA), supporting responsible growth and innovation within Calgary’s residential building industry.
